1. Do you take international orders? What countries do you ship to?
At present we only ship within Singapore. For international orders, please reach out to us at general@codedeco.com.sg and we will make arrangements to process your order. International orders will be taken on where feasible.
2. What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are as follows
Singapore - Shipping within Singapore is free.
International Orders - Shipping will be charged as per rates quoted by our couriers and typically range from between SGD 20 to SGD 30. We will share these rates with you before accepting your order and making the necessary arrangements.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via all credit cards and Paypal.
4. Is ordering through Paypal possible?
Yes.
5. How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
All orders are processed within three working days and are subject to stock availability. You will receive an email confirming order acceptance as well as a shipping confirmation when your parcel is couriered.
For FREE SAMPLES, we ship once a week via regular SingPost.
6. How do you send the products?
We use a dedicated courier service in each country. Should you not receive your parcel within a week after despatch please get in touch at general@codedeco.com.sg and we will arrange for a redelivery.
FREE SAMPLES are despatched weekly by ordinary post and are not traceable. Hence if an order is misplaced or mislaid, we are not able to retrieve and repost it.
7. What is your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. However if goods arrive in damaged condition please notify us within 48 hours at general@codedeco.com.sg. The damaged goods will be collected by our courier company and we will issue a replacement. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for more information.
8. Is my FREE SAMPLE guaranteed once I place an order?
FREE SAMPLES are shipped subject to availability of the samples and daily limits. Code Deco reserves complete discretion in deciding the recipient(s) in case of excess demand. Larger sample vials are available at a nominal cost of SGD 5 per vial.
